Clinic, L&D/PP Required Procedures:
All standard maternal fetal medicine procedures in a clinic and hospital setting, Obstetrics EMR: EPIC Support Staff:
Front Desk and Clinical Support Staff, including ultrasound on-site Reason for Coverage:
Physician Resignation Clinic Details Patients per Day: 15-20 Day-to-Day in Clinic: 8:00-4:30 (~45-60 m for lunch) Consults + read-only US for MFM and generalist read Inpatient US consult support Occasional private delivery patients or nurse midwife backup Consultative Only? Consultative, some private OB (can discuss if this is an absolute no) Credentialing Information Timeframe: 60 - 90 days Credentialing with Other Facilities: CHI Health Lakeside Hospital Billing Enrollment:
No, this position is not providing services in lieu of an existing enrolled provider for a period of 60 days or less. Requirements:
