Job Responsibilities Setting:
Hospital setting performing 3,600 inpatient and outpatient surgeries per year Duties:
Independent cases with back-up anesthesiologist on site Full-Time Equivalent (FTE): 1.0 Required Procedures:
Orthopedics Spine Gynecology Urology Gastric bypass Minimal vascular cases No pediatric cases Facility and Support EMR System: EPIC Support Staff:
Anesthesia providers CRNA Anesthesia Tech Reason for Coverage:
