Schedule:
4-day clinic week, Monday through Thursday, with rotating Fridays - Manageable Call: 1:4 phone rotation, minimal call burden, and robust hospitalist coverage
- Balanced Patient Load: 16 to 20 patients per day with time to provide meaningful, personalized care
- Collaborative Environment: Weekly tumor boards by subspecialty and full-time inpatient APP coverage
- Base Salary: $650,000+ plus a $50,000 sign-on bonus and $20,000 relocation support
- Annual Bonus: $20,000 guaranteed in years one and two
- Generous Time Off: 6 weeks PTO, rotating Fridays off, and up to 65 days as a partner
