** CAD Designer - Lincoln, NE*
* CAD designer for a custom gymnasium equipment division in Lincoln, NE..

CAD Designer will create drawings, using Autodesk Inventor, of custom gymnasium equipment systems and floor layouts for dealers/installers based on provided instruction from the quoting designer and complete revisions as needed in a timely manner. Will work with dealer/installer/customer, to provide technical information in the form of detailed 2D/3D drawings to explain/clarify installation of custom parts or parts that an installer is unfamiliar with to aid in the assembly.

Additional administrative duties will also be required at times. $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

Position will be Full-Time 40 hours/week (with the opportunity for occasional overtime as approved)

Desired

Skills:

+ Autodesk Inventor (will consider experience in other solid modeling software depending on level of experience)

+ Knowledgeable in standard drafting practices

+ Demonstrate a strong work ethic and capability of being productive with minimal supervision

+ Attention to detail

+ Strong organization skills

+ Strong communication skills and have experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

+ Possess a basic mechanical aptitude

Education:

Prefer candidate to have a minimum of an Associate Degree in Designed Drafting Technology or equivalent, but will consider relevant experience.
