• ✔ Assist pediatric dentists chairside during cleanings, exams, sealants, fillings, and other treatments.
• ✔ Help create a positive and calming environment for children and their families.
• ✔ Prepare and disinfect treatment rooms and organize kid-friendly materials and instruments.
• ✔ Provide patient education on brushing, flossing, and oral hygiene habits tailored to young patients.
• ✔ Take and process pediatric dental X-rays with care and precision.
• ✔ Manage instruments and sterilization according to safety protocols.
• ✔ Support smooth patient flow by working closely with the front desk and other clinical team members.
• ✔ Comfort and guide children through their visit with patience and a friendly attitude.

• ✔ Experience working with children is a major plus — whether in a dental setting, school, or childcare.
• ✔ Eagerness to learn and grow in the pediatric dental field.
• ✔ Excellent communication skills and a warm, upbeat personality.
• ✔ Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy clinical environment.
• ✔ Radiology certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• ✔ Familiarity with Dentrix Ascend or other dental software is a plus!
