• Respond promptly and professionally to all room reservation inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Efficiently book accommodations for guests across various market segments, including leisure, business travel, and group bookings.
• Accurately record all required reservation information in our Property Management System.
• Upsell room types and additional services to maximize revenue while meeting guest needs.
• Post advanced deposits and keep accurate records of deposits.
• Process rooming lists and group blocks and indicate special requests and billing procedures.
• File and process reservation correspondence, make certain all files are current and in order.
• Have knowledge of Frontdesk, Sales and Accounts departments and how they relate to the Reservations department.
• Abide by the hotels policies and procedures.
• Be familiar with changes in the rates and group enquiries.
• Complete daily shift task list and aid others.
• Explain guarantee and cancellation policies to callers.
• Describe room accommodations and benefit features / amenities to guests.
• Use sales techniques when assisting guests in making reservations, including personalizing calls, obtaining complete guest needs, suggesting alternative dates or directing guests to sister properties on sold-out days.

• Minimum one year experience with the same position in a 5 star hotel.
• High school degree.
• Previous experience in reservations or customer service roles.
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Preferably Turkish speaker.
