Overview

ABC Termite and Pest Control is looking for someone who can be a team player, have an outgoing and professional personality, who is highly motivated, reliable and has a positive attitude.

Full time opening - Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m.

- 4:30 p.m.

• Answer incoming customer calls, and professionally respond to client emails and text messages.
• Schedule appointments, process service orders and payments, invoice customers, set up new customer accounts and schedule estimates.
• Additional tasks as needed.

• Administrative and/or customer service experience recommended, but we are willing to work with the right candidate.
• Prefer experience with web-based software and customer service over the phone.
• Must be willing to undergo a background check.
• People with a criminal record are not encouraged to apply.

  Full-time, Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m.
  
  - 4:30 p.m.
• Pay: $19.50 per hour with the potential for an increase after 90 days.
• Benefits: A full benefits package after 30 days of employment (health, dental, vision, life insurance); supplemental accident and critical illness insurance; 401(k) benefits after 1 year of employment.
• Hiring timeline: 2 to 4 weeks.
