The Traveling Customer Support Representative’s primary objective is to travel to auction sites and manage the online bidding process of Equipment Facts, connecting auctioneers at physical auction sales to online bidders. This position requires extensive travel and offers commission-based earnings. Responsibilities include capturing and entering inventory, bids, and selling information before, during, and after auctions. The representative may also handle bidder inquiries and concerns, and may be required to train and understand our products to provide appropriate customer service.
This role involves significant customer interaction, coordination with management and sales staff, and leading live auction processes. High attention to detail and strong listening skills are essential. Other duties may be assigned.
Additional details:
- In-office position with a 4.5-day workweek. Daily commuting to the local office is required.
