Job SummaryWe’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team supporting our Tank Brand product line. You’ll be providing exceptional service for our existing and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities- Processing a high volume of orders from end to end, responding to email inquiries and working with the sales team.
- Answering incoming calls concerning a variety of topics.
- Configuring truckload quantities of our products to prepare for shipment.
- Responsible for the intake process for warranty-related questions or customer complaints.
- Communicating daily with production and logistics to coordinate order flow and shipments.
- Required experience – proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, exceptional communication & organizational skills in an office environment. Must be able to work individually and as a team.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to sudden changes created by the priority or urgency of work assignments.
- Education required – a high school diploma or GED equivalent. A college degree is preferred.
- 3 - 5years with prior experience in customer service with a capacity showing ability to demonstrate care for customers while calmly handling occasionally difficult interactions
- Industry experience preferred – basic knowledge of manufacturing and logistics.
