We are looking for candidates for our Front Office Specialist position who are patient focused, possess a positive attitude and are willing to learn through on the job training.
Our dedicated team consists of ten highly esteemed ophthalmologists and two proficient optometrists, all of whom possess a wealth of experience in their fields. This collective expertise ensures that our patients receive the highest level of care, as we are committed to safeguarding and enhancing their vision.
As we continue to grow and strive for excellence, we are currently seeking motivated job seekers to join our team. We believe that the right individuals can contribute significantly to our mission of providing exceptional eye care to our community.
Hours:- Full time, 80 hours per pay period (every 2 weeks). Hours will vary between 6:15 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday with occasional travel to satellite clinics up to 3 times a month. Including one rotating afternoon off each week.
- Strong customer service prioritizing internal and external patients and customers in person and on the phone
- Checking patients in and out
- Scheduling appointments and routing calls
- Collection of co-pays
- Obtain, load, enter and verify patient insurance
- Travel to satellite clinics 1-3 times a month
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Excellent customer service
- Strong computer and accurate keyboarding skills are essential to this position
