Client Service Specialist, Wealth Management - HEMPHILL EXCLUSIVE!

Hemphill is proud to partner with a successful Lincoln based wealth management firm to identify their next Client Service Specialist. This very important and valued position focuses on building and maintaining client relationships through excellent customer service. The firm is well-established, using a unique investment strategy that has driven substantial expansion over the last 10 years. They exceeded their 2025 growth goal in July and are now adding another Client Service Specialist to the team

As a Client Service Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting Financial Advisors and the financial team to meet the needs of clients.
• Coordinate client onboarding, assisting clients with new account paperwork, opening accounts, verifying trusts and beneficiaries for high net worth families.
• Team up with Financial Advisors on paraplanning while preparing reports, conducting research, and managing client files.
• Place trades (buy/sell) and complete necessary documentation to handle the processing of trades.

The individual most likely to have success in this position, brings experience in wealth management, is goal oriented, warm and engaging, finds fulfillment while building relationships and thrives when solving problems.
