Responsibilities Include:
- Review budgets for errors and correct as necessary
- Add site specific resources and quantities into estimates to customize standard plans for use on specific lots.
- Confirm that all options and selections have been included on the purchase orders
- Release purchase orders and schedules
- Help create option prices
- Support Construction staff during construction of homes
- Control costs by carefully reviewing all starts to avoid "extras"
- Generate monthly base home budget reports
- Lead weekly team meetings
