Construction Laborer

* Construction Laborer – $23/hr - WEEKLY PAY*

Location: Commercial Job Sites in Lincoln, NE

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay: $20–$23 per hour, based on experience

We are looking for dependable General Laborers to join our metal building construction team. This position supports footings and foundation work, erecting prefabricated metal structures, and general labor tasks at commercial construction sites. Candidates will receive training to read and interpret blueprints for accurate assembly.

• Assist with footings and foundation preparation
• Assemble prefabricated metal buildings
• Operate hand and power tools, including lifts, telehandlers, and skid steers
• Perform physical labor on commercial construction sites
• Read and interpret blueprints (training provided)
• Complete additional tasks as needed

• 1+ year of construction experience
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Strong communication skills and teamwork ability
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
• Experience with any of the following: metal panel installation, trim work, insulation, carpentry, drywall, painting
• Ability to push, pull, and carry heavy materials
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions (summer and winter)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lincoln, NE.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
