A good overall background and exposure in three or more or more the following trades:

• Metal Panel
• Trims
• Insulation
• Dry wall
• Painting

Performs tasks involving physical labor at commercial construction sites.

Operates a variety of hand and power tools in addition to lifts, telehandler, skid steer

Performs other duties as assigned

Willingness and ability to perform manual work following verbal and/or written instructions

Must be able to push, pull, carry heavy objects and perform other tasks as assigned.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, team members, and subcontractors.

Proven track record of safety leadership, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Candidates must have reliable means of transportation to and from work daily for consistent timeliness and attendance

Must be able to work in extreme climates in both Summer/Winter weather
