We are looking for someone who loves babies and wants to be a part of their growth and development. We have both Lead and Assistant opportunities available – so all experience levels are encouraged to apply! We are looking for multiple positions for our Infant Area. We are looking for an Infant Teacher who is passionate, patient, and ready to guide our little ones through their early adventures. This is more than a job—it’s a chance to build bonds, spark curiosity, and help children grow through play, love, and learning.
What You’ll Do- Create a warm, safe, and nurturing environment for infants: 6w-8m, 6m-12m, or 12m-18m
- Plan and lead fun, engaging activities that support social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Guide infants in exploring the world through music, movement, stories, and hands‑on play
- Support routines like mealtime, diapering, and nap time with kindness and care
- Foster strong relationships with parents and provide daily updates
- Collaborate with a team that values laughter, creativity, and teamwork
- A genuine love for children and a big heart
- Experience with infants in early childhood setting (preferred)
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework (a plus!)
- CPR and First Aid certified or willing to obtain
- Reliable, energetic, and ready to sing silly songs (again and again)
- 18+ Years Old
- Experience in childcare preferred
- Lead:
Meet one of the following:- Hold a bachelor’s or associate’s in early childhood education, education, or child/youth development
- Have a Child Development Associate Credential
- Have a high school diploma or GED with 1500 verified hours of experience in organized group activities for young children
- 3+ years experience in childcare or classroom management preferred.
