As a Senior Engineering Manager on our Business Operations team, you’ll own engineering initiatives that power Sales, Support, Billing, and Finance. You’ll guide a small group of highly skilled engineers, set direction, and ship solutions that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

• Guide strategy and execution. Define and communicate a 6‑12 month strategy for one or more teams that aligns with business, customer, and customer‑experience goals.
• Drive impactful results. Prioritize and focus team efforts on high‑impact initiatives, pull the right levers to deliver measurable outcomes, and understand cross‑functional implications.
• Develop and empower your team. Hire diverse talent, mentor, and create career‑level advancement opportunities for engineers.
• Collaborate across Hudl. Partner with other teams, influence with authority, and break down silos to deliver the best outcomes.

• Experienced leader. Minimum 8 years software engineering, 3+ years people‑management and technology leadership.
• People‑first manager. Proven ability to build inclusive teams, seek feedback, and invest in people growth.
• Strategic thinker. Able to set long‑term strategy and make decisive choices amid conflicting perspectives.
• Excellent communicator. Clear, concise, and audience‑aware communication with stakeholders.

• Experience with C#, React, Mongo
  
  DB, AWS.
• Success leading hybrid or remote teams.
• Domain knowledge of internal admin/SaaS systems (CRM, ERP, billing, payment APIs).

Base Salary Range: $127,000 – $212,000 USD. Long‑term incentive awards are also offered.
