About the Role

As a Business Development Specialist
, you’re at the front line of Ellerbrock-Norris’s growth strategy—connecting businesses to our holistic approach to risk management and insurance.

You don’t just sell policies. You start conversations that shift how business leaders think about protecting their people, their purpose, and their future. You’ll educate, engage, and open doors—introducing decision-makers to a better way of managing risk that creates long‑term value and trust.

What You’ll Do
  • Generate new business through consistent outbound prospecting, leveraging Hub Spot, Linked In Sales Navigator, and Zoom Info.
  • Conduct cold calls to schedule executive briefings and discovery meetings (goal: 3 per week).
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects through follow‑ups, networking lunches, and events.
  • Manage and prioritize leads in Hub Spot CRM, ensuring a clean and effective sales pipeline.
  • Educate prospects on Ellerbrock‑Norris’ comprehensive risk‑management approach, extending far beyond traditional insurance.
  • Collaborate with Risk Advisors, Marketing, and Sales Leaders to refine outreach, align messaging, and drive strategic growth.
  • Participate in weekly coaching sessions and leverage training tools to continuously refine your approach and improve performance.

What You Bring
