Equipment Operations Coordinator

We’re seeking a motivated Equipment Operations Coordinator to join our team and help keep our equipment program running like a well-oiled machine. In this role, you’ll coordinate purchasing, inventory, and logistics for our nationwide fleet — ensuring every project has the right equipment, materials, and parts exactly when they’re needed.

• Manage day-to-day equipment procurement and parts inventory
• Track and reconcile equipment usage, maintenance, and billing
• Maintain asset data in our tracking system
• Support operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
• Communicate with vendors and project teams to keep everything on schedule

• Strong organization, attention to detail, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in logistics or inventory management (preferred but not required)
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude and a drive to “find a way”
• Requires a valid driver’s license and insurability under the company’s motor vehicle insurance policy.

Salary: $18-$24 DOE
. Benefits can include free golf at certain course locations, PTO and 401K.

8:00am-5:00pm (Monday-Friday), full-time (Lincoln, NE)
