A company is looking for a Lead Buyer.
Key Responsibilities- Create and manage supplier partnerships to enhance innovation, quality, and cost-effectiveness
- Participate in supplier selection, contract negotiations, and performance management
- Perform data analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities and manage inventory effectively
Bachelor's degree in Business, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management
7-10 years of Purchasing experience and 1-2 years of contracting experience
ERP software experience, with strong knowledge of MRP preferred
Familiarity with total cost analysis concepts
Experience in a Lean Material Flow manufacturing environment is a plus
