The Core Return Administrator is responsible for managing and tracking all Parts and Rotable Sales (PRS) Exchange Transactions. This role ensures compliance with Duncan Aviation's policies by coordinating with the Credit department to maintain exchange agreements, invoicing and monitoring additional fees. The administrator also generates reports for management, updates customer information in the CRM, and collaborates with IT on core tracking system maintenance and improvements.
EssentialJob Functions
- Licenses/Certificates: N/A
- Attendance: Regularly scheduled attendance required;
- Physical: Repetitive motion; tolerates sitting; proficient typing, data entry skills, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion.
- Environmental: N/A
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation, or related field preferred.
- One-year customer service or Aviation business experience preferred
- Proficiency with general computer use and use of Microsoft Software (i.e. Word, Excel, etc.)
