Job Description
  • Manages the General Manager’s diary to co‑ordinate meetings/appointments, and to ensure smooth running of such meetings
  • Maintains executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings, events etc.
  • Coordinates and communicates with various departments and all levels of staff on matters directed by the General Manager
  • Handles and prioritises all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e‑mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Co‑ordinates travel arrangements in a highly efficient manner and prepares detailed travel file accordingly
  • Maintains systematic up‑to‑date filing and tracing systems
  • Maintains and updates Executive Committee and Department Heads’ leave record
  • Maintains confidentiality of sensitive matters/issues
  • Qualifications
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position in an international brand. Remote area work experience is preferred.
    • Professional, composed and resilient; with excellent communication, organisation and administration skills.
    • Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English as well as computer programmes.
    • Well‑organised, discreet, trustworthy and able to handle business information with complete confidentiality.
    • Ability to handle all secretarial duties at the Executive Office and multitask as assigned by the Management.
    • Work experience with hotel software (Opera Cloud, Sun Fish, MICROS, etc.) will be preferred.
    • Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
