Description of Work- Full‑time Temp in‑office position
- Serve as the point of contact/resource for campus unit HR/Payroll staff to resolve issues and answer questions in person and over the phone
- Review hiring documents, federal/state forms (I‑9, W‑4, W‑4N, etc.) Personnel Data Form (PDF) for proper completion and compliance with federal/state laws and regulations
- Complete complex entry of payroll transactions into the university payroll system
- Review entries performed by campus units for completeness and accuracy
- Office tasks such as:
Answering phones, emails, data entry, running reports - Assisting Departments with payroll questions
- Entering Separation Employment Actions
- Entering New Hire Actions for Students, Temps and On‑Call appointments
- W2’s between the dates of January and April

Associates or equivalent education/experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills necessary. Problem solving and ability to work as a team member and independently.
