Description of Work: Plan, coordinate, and execute events for the College of Law. Responsible for working with Assistant Dean for Student Development & Chief of Staff, as well as other Law College leadership team members, to find venues, secure vendors, make travel arrangements, request alcohol permits, and handle all details related to various events. Manage relationships between contractors, vendors and companies involved in execution of events.
Provide administrative support to all major college events and meetings. This includes making and processing travel, scheduling meetings, etc. Other duties as assigned. Work may include occasional nights and weekends due to event schedules.

MinimumRequired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, restaurant and tourism management, business, public relations, communications or closely related field.
- Additional years of relevant experience or completed relevant education may substitute for required education on a year-for-year basis.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
- Excellent time management, organization and communication skills essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, calendar programs required.
- Conference & workshop planning experience that includes managing budget/accounting process and use of contracts.
- Proficiency in Zoom or other web conferencing platforms.
Posted Salary: $21.635/hr minimum
