We are looking for a methodical and proactive Project Coordinator to join our PMO team. In this role, you will support global installations, coordinate smaller BAU deployments, and work closely with project managers and in‑country partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. This is a full‑time, office‑based role with flexible working opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and maintain project structures following standard methodology (Prince
    2).
  • Process orders with in‑country partners and align with customer installation requirements.
  • Coordinate smaller ad hoc BAU projects and day‑to‑day project administration.
  • Communicate confidently with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Track project costs, update service management systems, and maintain accurate asset data.
  • Prepare and circulate progress reports, notes, and updates.
  • Monitor RAID actions and ensure timely follow‑up.
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to allocate resources and meet deadlines.

A typical working pattern is Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, with a one‑hour lunch break. This role is based in the office 3 days per week, and home 2 days per week.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Previous experience in project coordination or administration.
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel (formulas, charts, data validation, conditional formatting).
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work at pace, prioritise workload, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Hands‑on, pragmatic, and flexible approach.
  • Team player who can take direction and collaborate effectively.
  • German or French language skills are desirable but not essential.
