Hours: Monday – Friday; 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Greiner Ford of Casper is looking for a driven, detail‑oriented Body Shop Estimator who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in delivering top‑tier service.

• Identify, confirm and offer resolutions to customer concerns.
• Estimate repair needs to customer based on vehicle inspection.
• Serve as the communication between the customer and the technician.
• Answer incoming telephone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
• Write accurate repair orders & estimates using Profit Net ADP.
• Write accurate estimates utilizing the three major estimating systems:
  Pathways, Mitchell, Audatex.

• Excellent communication & time management skills.
• Typing & basic computer skills to enter repair orders.
• Mathematics to calculate service costs and count change.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of386 residence.
