Clearwave Car Wash is hiring a hands‑on Assistant General Manager to help lead daily operations, coach a team, and deliver consistently excellent customer service. This role is ideal for early‑career leaders with experience supervising teams in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment. This is an active, outdoors, coaching‑heavy position, not a desk job.
Base pay range$50,000.00/yr - $50,000.00/yr
Full‑time | Customer‑Facing | Operations & Coaching
Variable Schedule (Evenings & Weekends Required)
Compensation: $50,000/year + performance bonus opportunities
What You’ll Do- Support the General Manager in daily site operations
- Lead and coach team members during every shift
- Monitor wash quality and complete daily checklists
- Maintain a clean, professional, safe site environment
- Assist with scheduling, ordering, and basic site organization
- Handle customer service, sales coaching, and damage claim communication
- Create positive, high‑touch guest interactions ("service you’d be proud of")
- Humble, coachable, reliable leaders
- Comfortable giving and receiving direct feedback
- Hands‑on, active, and calm under pressure
- Strong communicators with customer‑facing experience
- People who fix problems instead of waiting for instructions

- Comfortable working a retail‑style schedule (we work when guests are here)
- 1+ year of management experience of a team of 6 or more
- Customer‑facing or operations background
- Ability to work outdoors year‑round
- Ability to lift 60 lbs and stand/walk/bend for long periods
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
