We are currently seeking a Retail Sales Associate - Part-Time to join our team located at our Store 1812-Tanger Outlet Center-maurices-Lincoln City, OR 97367. As a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate (Stylist), you will create an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves our customers inspired and feeling their best. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes, while also participating in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation.

Our ideal candidate is a team player with a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds. You should be goal-oriented, technically apt, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

• Guide the Customer through our award-winning BRAND EXPERIENCE to make authentic connections
• Lead with loyalty, confidence, and product knowledge to advise style and fit, and influence with moments that matter
• Use our modern store technology to be well-informed on company priorities and promotions in-store and online, and deliver a seamless, omni-channel shopping experience
• Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer
• Support the shipment process and contribute to the completion of omni order fulfillment processes

• At least 16 years of age
