Bon Secours Mercy Health - 708 West Spring Street - Responsibilities:
Receives requests for ground and/or air critical services via telephone and radio and enters information into the computer-Aided Dispatch System;
Triages all transport requests and determines the appropriate level of response based on severity;
Activates transport teams and relays information concerning patient location and condition;
Coordinates placement of patients at hospitals;
Maintains records and billing paperwork and ensures documentation is completed accurately
