General Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum 5 years preferred
• Salary Range: $65,000-$95,000
• Travel: Minimal (within a 60-mile service radius)
• Specialties: Advanced HVAC service and building automation service
• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Typical Role Description

Candidates in this talent pool may be considered for future positions involving:

• Maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting HVAC systems
• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical malfunctions; repairing or replacing damaged components
• Calibrating controls and troubleshooting systems using onsite Building Automation System (BAS) platforms
• Performing regularly scheduled preventive maintenance
• Building strong customer relationships and understanding customer needs and expectations
