Citi Trends is seeking a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at one of the largest chains in the value-priced urban apparel industry. This role is ideal for individuals with three or more years of retail experience who are ready to take the next step in their career. After completing a two-week training period, you will assist the Store Manager in the store's overall operation.

In the absence of the Store Manager, you will lead the store and ensure all goals are met.

• Assist Store Manager with daily operations and supervise employees.
• Maintain inventory controls, facilitate transactions, and ensure compliance for shrink control.
• Monitor sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory, cash reconciliation, and customer service.
• Ensure staff adherence to Citi Trends policies and procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• 2-4 years of retail experience as an Assistant Manager.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Proficiency in mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
