Practice autonomously and provide symptom management of sick patients
Symptom management, chronic disease management, goals of care, advanced care planning
75% inpatient, 25% outpatient M-F, inpatient rounding for Hospice
6 patients day
Rotating on-call
Hospitalists admit, Open ICU
