As a Registered Nurse in the ICU, you will be responsible for:

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using age-specific criteria
• Making judgments based on scientific knowledge and clinical skills
• Assisting in planning, directing, and teaching non-RN staff such as LPNs, PCTs, and Unit Secretaries
• Floating to all units within your skill level as required

Requirements for this role include:

• 2+ years of ICU experience
• Immediate Open Heart Recovery experience (preferred)
• TNCC Certification (highly preferred)
• Active Ohio or Compact RN License
• Active American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications
• Active NIHSS Certification
• Availability to work every other weekend
