Shift times: 6am‑6pm and 6pm‑6am. We are currently hiring full‑time and part‑time positions on the night shift.

• A valid and current LPN license in the state of Ohio.
• Strong clinical skills and a passion for delivering exceptional care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.

• Provide high‑quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor residents’ health, document changes, and report concerns to the healthcare team.
• Assist with daily living activities, ensuring residents’ comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Foster a supportive and nurturing environment for residents and their families.
• Ensure compliance with all facility policies, procedures, and state regulations.
