ICU RN
Provides high acuity nursing care for critically ill patients requiring intensive monitoring and complex interventions. Delivers rapid assessment and stabilization in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:

• Manage ventilators, invasive lines, and advanced monitoring equipment

• Administer and titrate vasoactive medications and critical drips

• Perform frequent assessments and respond immediately to changes in patient status

• Collaborate with intensivists and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care

• Support patients and families through critical illness with clear communication and education
Requirements:

• Active state RN license or compact license if applicable

• Minimum two years of ICU RN experience
