1+ years experience will set you up for success in this role. This role supports our Spring Street Senior Lofts located at 656 W. Spring Street, Lima, OH 45801. Full‑time position with on‑call availability for emergency support. Pay: $20.00 per hour.

• Provide outstanding customer service to all current and future residents.
• Complete resident work orders within 24‑48 hours.
• Use broad knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry to perform maintenance.
• Assist with court‑ordered “set‑outs” when necessary.
• Perform unit turnover between residents per company standards (3‑5 days).
• Maintain grounds and curb appeal.
• Prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
• Respond to on‑call emergencies.

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• HVAC training and certification preferred.
