• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to children and caregivers
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop person-centered treatment plans
• Utilize trauma-informed, evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Collaborate with foster care staff, caseworkers, and community partners
• Support crisis intervention and stabilization efforts

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• LSW or LPC required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in child welfare, mental health, or clinical settings
• Strong clinical, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with trauma, attachment, and family systems
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
