This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in Lima, OH. The BCBA will be responsible for overseeing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting behavioral assessments, and supervising client programs. The role also involves providing training and guidance to behavior technicians, supporting family education efforts, and collaborating with therapists and caregivers to ensure quality care.

The BCBA will play a key role in monitoring client progress and making data‑driven adjustments to treatment plans.

• Strong knowledge and expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis
• Experience in Behavior Management and implementing effective behavior intervention strategies
• Ability to provide parent education and collaborate effectively with families and caregivers
• Background in Psychology or a related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to upholding ethical standards and providing compassionate care
• Prior experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder is preferred
