Travel RN - Labor & Delivery - Obstetrics

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position in Ohio, requiring at least two years of OB experience and active specialty certifications.

Job Details

• Work in a hospital Labor & Delivery unit,

• Serve an OB/GYN patient population, including delivery and postpartum care,

• Varied 12-hour shifts negotiable, including day and night options (3P-3A, 3A-3P),

• Required to work every third weekend,

• No on-call responsibilities,

Job Requirements

• Active OH or compact RN license,

• Minimum 2 years of OB nursing experience required,

• Completion of at least one travel assignment required,

• Certifications required: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NRP, S.T.A.B.L.E., and Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM),

• Ability to function as a first assist and scrub OB highly preferred,

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care using age-specific criteria,

• Assist in planning, directing, and teaching LPNs, PCTs, and unit staff,

• Must demonstrate flexibility with work schedule changes,

• No more than five days of requested time off will be considered,
