Requirements
- 2+ years of OB experience - REQUIRED
- Nursys must show Active Ohio/OH or Compact RN License - REQUIRED
- Active American Heart Association BLS - REQUIRED
- Active American Heart Association ACLS - REQUIRED
- Active Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification - REQUIRED
- Active S.T.A.B.L.E. Certification - REQUIRED
- Active Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) Certification - REQUIRED
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using age-specific criteria.
- Make judgments based on scientific knowledge and clinical skills.
- Assist in planning, directing, and teaching non-RN staff such as LPN/PCT and Unit Secretaries.
- Demonstrate flexibility with work schedule changes.
- Function as a first assist and scrub OB (highly preferred).
