Telemetry RN needed in Lima, OH for a hospital based assignment. You will care for adult patients who need continuous cardiac monitoring, including chest pain rule outs, CHF, arrhythmias, post procedure cardiac patients, and medically complex cases with cardiac comorbidities. Strong assessment skills and comfort with a fast pace are important, with frequent admissions, transfers, and discharges. You should be confident interpreting rhythms, responding to changes in patient status, and collaborating closely with providers, charge, and monitor techs when available.

Active RN license required (OH or compact if applicable) BLS required, ACLS preferred (facility dependent) Recent Telemetry or Med Surg Tele hospital experience required Strong rhythm recognition and basic strip interpretation required Comfortable with common Tele skills: cardiac drips per policy, CHF management, post procedure monitoring, IV therapy, and patient education Floating may be required within scope and competency Must be able to pass background, drug screen, and complete all facility compliance items on time Flexibility with scheduling, including weekends and holidays as needed
