Responsibilities- Provide individual, group, and family therapy to children and caregivers
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop person‑centered treatment plans
- Utilize trauma‑informed, evidence‑based therapeutic approaches
- Collaborate with foster care staff, caseworkers, and community partners
- Support crisis intervention and stabilization efforts
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- LSW or LPC Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in child welfare, mental health, or clinical settings
- Strong clinical, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with trauma, attachment, and family systems
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
