Bittersweet is seeking a Part‑time Direct Support Professional to work First shift in our Lima day program
.
This position is a part time position working three days a week from 7:30AM-4:15PM.
This position requires requires a valid driver's license & auto insurance. Must have a clean driving record for the last three years.
Direct Support Professionals help enrich lives and make a difference while also providing you with valuable work experience. Direct Support Professionals teach, mentor and positively impact the lives of individuals with disabilities through skills development. - Starting wage from $16.50 - $17.00 an hour.

- Work in partnership with participants
- Promote communication, choice, independence, socialization, and empowerment for the participants
- Possess and uses empathy in all actions and interactions
- Effectively work in teams with co-workers and participants
- Ability to express patience in difficult situations
- Ability to drive daily routes in our company vehicles and provide transportation for our participants
- High school Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Valid Auto Insurance
- Clean Driving Record for the last three years.
- Ability to pass physical/drug screen prior to start date.
- Must be able to work from 7:30AM
-4:15PM.
