Speech Language Pathologist / Speech Therapist / SLP
Broad River Rehab is seeking a Speech‑Language Pathologist to join the skilled nursing facility in Lima, Ohio.
Evaluates and treats residents under physician orders, using a variety of speech‑therapeutic procedures and assistive devices to maximize functional potential in all areas of residency life.
Responsibilities- Assess, diagnose, and treat residents in a skilled nursing setting.
- Speech‑Language Pathologist license in state of employment (or CFY).
- Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.
- 1‑2 years of experience preferred.
- 401(k) – 5% match.
- Accrued PTO – accrual begins immediately.
- 100% company‑paid CEUs.
Sign‑On Bonus: $5,000.
2‑5 day work week, part‑time 15‑25 hours/week, flexible schedule. Open to CFY candidates – mentorship program offered.
