Crisis Technician

Coleman Health Services, a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs, is seeking dependable individuals to work with people experiencing mental health issues in our Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) in Lima Ohio.

Responsibilities include:

• Able to work with a team for best treatment options
• Coordinating admissions and discharges, meal preparation, maintaining cleanliness of the unit
• Providing ongoing support/education for the clients we serve, and their families, as needed.

We have full-time openings for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts; must be willing to work some weekends.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent. The preferred candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field or five years of experience in mental health. Experience in crisis intervention preferred.
