Hourly pay range: $45-47
Job ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Systems / Controls Integration professional to support machining and launch activities within a Ford manufacturing environment. This role focuses on system integration, validation, and coordination rather than hands‑on troubleshooting.
- Lead and support the integration of manufacturing systems within machining environments during retooling and launch phases
- Integrate GTS/V systems in machining and validate FIS attribute data and in‑state conditions during launches
- Review, explain, and apply Ford manufacturing specifications to ensure compliance and data integrity
- Validate accurate data flow to all MES platforms used in retooled stations
- Review and support communication architecture between CIAB, QLSCM, QWX
, and Ford‑specific servers - Support IIOTM development within CEP machining departments
- Act as a technical liaison between controls, IT, and manufacturing teams to ensure successful system deployment
- 5+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing systems, controls integration, or industrial automation
- Ford manufacturing experience is highly preferred
- Working knowledge of:
- Bosch Rexroth MTCs
- Siemens Sinumerik CNC controls
- ABB robotic systems
- Experience leading or supporting system integration efforts (hands‑on troubleshooting is not required)
- Strong understanding of data validation, MES connectivity, and manufacturing communication networks
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Engineering, Automation, Manufacturing, or related field)
- Systems are integrated smoothly during launch with validated, reliable data
- Manufacturing and MES systems communicate accurately and consistently
- Ford specifications are clearly understood, applied, and upheld
- Cross‑functional teams are supported through strong technical guidance and collaboration
