The Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lilburn, GA. Responsibilities include engaging with clients to deliver superior customer service, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the facility, assisting with membership inquiries, and offering support for fitness programs and activities. The Associate will also handle administrative tasks, schedule management, and ensure a welcoming environment for all customers.

• Customer service and communication skills to address client inquiries and provide prompt, friendly assistance
• Organizational and administrative abilities to manage schedules and ensure smooth operational workflows
• Basic knowledge of health and fitness principles, with the ability to assist with program facilitation
• Proactive attitude and attention to detail in maintaining a clean and organized facility
• Adaptability and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and adjust to varying tasks
• Previous experience in a fitness or customer service-related environment is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in fitness or wellness are advantageous
