Responsibilities
Provide timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies assigned. Deliver superior quality service and identify and understand clients financial needs. Cross-train to support sales and service activities, with emphasis on outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities.Provide a distinctive client experience to ensure consistent service by engaging clients, conducting transactions, and uncovering client needs. Perform more complex transactions with assistance as necessary.Educate clients on digital and self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking to enhance the service experience.Support sales process by participating in client outreach through outbound calls, checking for client offers, and identifying client needs or opportunities; refer clients to the appropriate branch team members or specialists.Understand the importance of Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients unique needs.Participate in all components of the established Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines.Commit to advancing individual and product knowledge by attending sales, service and product knowledge meetings and all applicable training.Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures and risk management policies. Stay informed of policy and procedure changes to ensure compliance.Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, offering applicable products and services to clients and prospects. Handle workload proportionate to branch demands.Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.Two years of teller, cash handling, or client service experience.Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a desire to interact with clients and prospects.Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation.Ability to multi-task under time constraints.Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs, including temporary assignments or locale changes.Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights as needed.Preferred Qualifications:
One year of client relationship building or sales experience.Knowledge of advanced or complex branch transactions, risk management and loss prevention.Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.General understanding of bank operations, policies and procedures.Benefits
