Compensation: Up to $30.00 an hour including base hourly rate, bonuses, and incentives.

Nextar, one of Metro by T-Mobile’s fastest going authorized national retailers, is immediately hiring an experienced District Manager
. As a
District Manager for Nextar, your role will be to work with assigned Sub-dealer locations to ensure they have the support and guidance needed to be successful.

You will mentor and develop store managers and sales associates to ensure Metro by T-Mobile offers and promotions are executed flawlessly. You’ll tailor training to the unique needs of each store and lead the rollout of company programs, tools, and initiatives while fostering a culture of excellence. You will analyze business reports to identify trends and communicate clear, actionable insights to your teams.

Acting as the liaison between the stores and the company, you’ll identify issues early and drive effective resolutions. You’ll also serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer or operational concerns, ensuring they are handled quickly and appropriately. In this role, you will build strong relationships across teams, develop targeted sales and training objectives for each store, and lead efforts that elevate performance and achieve sales goals.

As a District Manager for Nextar, you will be:
  • Overseeing the recruitment and hiring process.
  • Recommend necessary discipline decisions, including terminations, for store personnel.
  • Inspire and engage employees by motivating team to succeed.
  • Develop employees for growth and promotion by delegating appropriate responsibilities and
    inspecting completion.
  • Observe and coach employees to provide feedback around sales technique effectiveness and
    providing excellent customer service.
  • Managing a territory of stores and oversee their daily activities.
  • Developing and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  • Create marketing events, plans, and participates in events to support the stores to achieve sales goals.
  • Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with Nextar leadership, sub-dealers, representatives, vendors, support partners, and customers.
  • Providing training and support to sales team members to enhance their performance.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the sales team and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
As a District Manager for Nextar
, we are looking for the following skills and experiences:
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with Metro by T-Mobile or other Wireless business. A District Manager would be a great match!
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a telecommunication or technology sales or account management role.
  • Strong influential leadership and communication skills,
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Korean is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in managing a team of sales representatives is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
