Lipson Dental Group is expanding, and we’re looking for a skilled Oral Surgery Dental Assistant to join our team. Our practice is known for exceptional patient care, strong clinical standards, and a supportive, team-focused environment. If you’re passionate about surgical dentistry and enjoy working in a fast-paced, patient-centered setting, we’d love to.

Our Oral Surgery Dental Assistant will support the doctor during surgical procedures, ensure patient comfort, maintain a sterile and organized environment, and contribute to the smooth daily flow of the practice. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and confident in their clinical skills.

• Assist the doctor during oral surgery procedures (extractions, implants, grafting, etc.)
• Prepare and maintain surgical instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms
• Take high-quality X-rays and CBCT scans (if applicable)
• Provide pre‑op and post‑op instructions to patients
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Support sterilization and infection control protocols
• Deliver compassionate, patient‑focused care at every visit

• Previous oral surgery assisting experience preferred
• Dental assisting experience required
• X‑ray certification
• Strong understanding of surgical instruments and sterile technique
• Reliable, professional, and able to multitask in a clinical setting
• Excellent communication and patient‑care skills

• Competitive hourly rate based on experience
