This is a full‑time Account Manager role based on‑site in Lilburn, GA. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships, ensuring high‑quality and timely delivery of landscape services to meet and exceed client expectations. Responsibilities include serving as the main point of contact for customers, managing and coordinating service teams, developing project plans and schedules, and addressing any client concerns promptly. You will contribute to maintaining strong relationships and identifying opportunities to expand service offerings within accounts.

• Strong client relationship management and communication skills, including customer service focus and the ability to address inquiries effectively.
• Project management and organizational skills, particularly in planning, team coordination, and task prioritization.
• Knowledge of landscaping practices, horticulture, or related fields is a plus.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for scheduling, tracking, and client management.
• Ability to work on‑site in Lilburn, GA, and willingness to conduct site visits as needed.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving skills with a proactive and results‑oriented mindset.
• Prior experience in account management or operational roles in landscaping, property management, or similar industries is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, Horticulture, or a related field.
